TERMS OF SERVICE

You can post the commission and use it as assets in any platform like Youtube, Twitch, etc. Credits are always appreciated!;

Don't use the commission for merchandise, game-like projects or any kind of similar commercial use without prior discussion about it;

The time to make your order can increase depending on the complexity of the design and number of characters;

Minor corrections in works I've already finished are possible, but drastic changes or redraws will be charged. It really depends on the case and needs to be discussed (most cases are pretty chill, so don't worry);

Please don't trace over the commission or use it for AI training.

Own all rights to the artwork, except the intellectual property of the characters;

I can post the commissions in my social medias and include the piece in my portfolio. If you don't agree with this, please notify me so that your commission remains private;

I can deny any order that makes me uncomfortable.

Contact me through one of my social medias to request your commission;

Upon confirmation of payment, I will begin sketching your order;

You will be kept in touch with the process via WIPs that will be sent to you through the chosen contact method;

At the end of the process, a version of the artwork will be sent to you for approval;

Once everything is approved and paid for, the file containing the commission will be sent via e-mail.

Changes in the artwork will be free during the sketching and color choosing phase.

After that, the customer will have three free changes before a fee begins to be charged. This condition doesn't apply to changes that I consider small or mistakes of my part.

In case of order cancellation, a full refund will be given if I haven't started the order and a partial refund if I'm in the middle of the process. Refunds will not be possible in jobs that are complete or almost finished.

A refund can also happen if I'm unable to start/finish the commission due to personal reasons.
