TERMS AND PERMISSIONS
✧ You, as the client, agree with the following terms:
My commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If the order is made for a commercial purpose (any kind of merchandise or game-like projects), a commercial fee will be discussed and applied along with my permission.
The client can post the commission on social media and use it on any platform, such as assets. Credits are always appreciated!
The client owns the intellectual property of the characters, not the artwork itself.
Minor corrections on work I've already finished are possible, but drastic changes or redraws will be charged. It depends on the case and needs to be discussed between artist and client.
✧ Me, as the artist:
Own all rights to the artwork, except the intellectual property of the characters.
Can post the commissions on any social media and include the piece in my portfolio. If you are uncomfortable with this, please notify me so that your commission remains private.
Can deny any order for any reason.
⚠ Suggestive art disclaimer: This type of commission will only be done with characters of adult appearance and biotype, not being possible with characters of childish appearance, even worse minors. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR ORDER
Contact me through one of my social medias to request your commission.
Upon confirmation of payment, I will begin drafting your order.
I generally take about 1-2 weeks per job. This time can increase depending on the complexity of the design and number of characters.
You will be kept in touch with the process via WIPs that will be sent to you by your chosen contact method.
At the end of the process, a version of the artwork will be sent to you for approval.
Once everything is approved and paid for, the file containing the commission will be sent via a Google Drive link.
PAYMENT AND REFUND
Payments are made via PayPal invoice.
I only start working after the payment is confirmed.
Changes to the artwork will be free during the sketching and color palette choosing phase.
Outside the sketch and color palette phase, the customer will have three free changes before a fee begins to be charged. However, this condition doesn't apply to changes that I consider small or mistakes on my part.
The refund will be made via Paypal.
In case of order cancellation, a full refund will be given if I haven't started the order and a partial refund if I am in the middle of the process. Refunds will not be possible on jobs that are complete or almost finished.
If I am unable to start/finish the commission due to personal reasons, the customer will receive a full refund.
